1. The service

Better Business Australia (operated by Bright Lotus Ventures Pty Ltd) provides business advisory, support and implementation services to Australian SMEs.

2. Indicative quotes

Quotes generated by the Mini-Audit are indicative only and based on the information you provide. A final, fixed-price proposal is issued after a discovery call.

3. The 2.5× guarantee

If we don't identify clearly documented, dollar-valued opportunities worth at least two and a half times your audit fee within 90 days, you get a full refund — and we keep working with you until that value is on the table. Not credit. Not a discount. Your money back. Measurement methodology and any exclusions are set out in your signed engagement letter.

4. Payment plans

Payment plans are available subject to approval. Terms (deposit, instalments, late-fee policy) are agreed in writing before work begins.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.
